As we continue our 2026 Procurement Journey together, we are excited to open an important opportunity for service and leadership within our chapter.
Our current Chapter Treasurer will be retiring this July, and we are seeking nominations for a dedicated, service-driven member to step into this vital role. This position is more than just stewardship—it’s an opportunity to contribute to the strength, sustainability, and future of our chapter while growing professionally alongside peers who share a commitment to public service.
As a volunteer role, this position requires just a few hours a month, including participation in Board meetings and occasional attendance at conferences. It’s a meaningful way to give back, expand your professional experience, and help carry our chapter forward.
We know our members serve in agencies that are mission-driven, and this is a chance to extend that same spirit of service to our professional community. We especially encourage our newer members—as well as those who have considered serving in the past but may have held back—to step forward. This is a supportive environment to grow, contribute, and make a meaningful impact. Whether you are interested in serving or would like to recommend a colleague, we encourage you to take part in shaping the future of our chapter.
Please submit a brief statement of interest or recommendation by Monday, April 13th. The Board will review all submissions and vote on the candidate during our Board Meeting on April 15th.
