The State of Florida Office of Supplier Development (OSD) and City of Pensacola invite your organization/agency to participate in a Business Exchange/Reverse Trade Show at the 2025 Pensacola Supplier Development Exchange where small businesses will market their business to you with from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. OSD travels throughout different regions of Florida hosting events.

2025 Pensacola Supplier Development Exchange

• When: Thursday, August 28, 2025
• Where: Sanders Beach-Corrine Jones Resource Center 913 South I Street Pensacola, FL 32502
• Time:  9:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Food trucks will be on site)
• Cost:  FREE

Event Registration: 2025 Pensacola Supplier Development Exchange

• The Morning session - 9:30 am to 11:00 am (Opening greetings, Local, State, and Federal overviews and a small business spotlight) 
• Lunch break and room setup - 11:00 am to 12:00 pm (Local Food Trucks on-site or dine on your own)
• Business Exchange with table networking - 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm (Visit 30+ tables and speak with State and Local Agencies)

Listed are a few of the organizations/agencies that will be have table and there are 182 registered vendors ready to market their business to you during the Business Networking Exchange from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM.
